License of use

The same one that comes with the installer and the app.

This translation is provided for convenience only. The Portuguese version (LICENSE, "LICENÇA DE USO
DO LIAME") is the official text and prevails in case of any difference.

Liame (the server for Windows and the app for Android, including updates) is proprietary software
of Junior Rodrigues, its creator and developer. By installing or using Liame, you agree to this
license.

1. License granted
   You may install and use Liame free of charge, on your own devices, for personal or
   professional use. The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

2. What is not allowed
   a) selling, renting, sublicensing or redistributing Liame, in whole or in part, outside the
      official channels (github.com/teamliame/liame, liame-app.pages.dev and pages they point to);
   b) modifying, decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering Liame, except where the
      applicable law expressly allows it;
   c) removing or changing notices of authorship, of this license or of third-party components;
   d) using the Liame name or brand to suggest that another product is official.

3. Third-party components
   Liame includes open-source components, licensed by their authors under their own licenses
   (list and full texts in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, on the PC, and in Settings > About >
   Licenses, on the phone). Nothing in this license restricts the rights granted by them.

4. Updates and privacy
   Liame may check the official repository and website to see whether there is a new version.
   The privacy policy is at liame-app.pages.dev/privacidade.html.

5. No warranty
   Liame is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted
   by law, the author is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to
   use, Liame.

6. Termination
   This license ends automatically if you fail to comply with any item above. In that case, you
   must uninstall Liame.

7. Governing law
   This license is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
